Media Advisory: Student Soloists to Perform with Bloomsburg University Community Orchestra

Bloomsburg, PA (02/28/2023) — The Bloomsburg University Community Orchestra will hold its Concerto-Aria Competition Winners' Concert on Saturday, March 4, at 7:30 p.m. in Haas Center for the Arts, Mitrani Hall.

The concert will feature student soloists Ryan Green (saxophone) performing Villa-Lobos' "Fantasia for Saxophone" and Chrissy Updike (soprano) performing "Che faro senza mi Euridice from Orfeo ed Euridice" by Christoph Gluck.

The orchestra will also perform a medley from "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" by John Williams and "Artemis Rising" by Jeffrey Bishop.
